Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location — UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

We accept returns on sealed, unopened journals only. Opened journals cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
