Orders & Shipping
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account dashboard and view live tracking under the Order Tracking tab.
We currently ship within the UK. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.

Each Glow Agenda journal is a premium guided planner designed around beauty, self-care and intentional living. Inside you'll find daily reflection prompts, routine trackers, lifestyle planning pages and affirmations — all beautifully printed on quality paper.
Yes — all journals arrive sealed and wrapped, making them feel luxurious and gift-worthy. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns on opened journals unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. As our journals are sealed, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. If your item qualifies, please log in to your account dashboard, go to the Returns tab, and submit your request — our team will review it personally.
We're really sorry to hear that. Please reach out via live chat on our site with a photo of the damage and your order number — we'll sort a replacement or resolution for you right away.
